P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our client, who is currently seeking Construction Commercial Manager to join their team based in Suffolk on a full-time, permanent basis.
Main Responsibilities:
* Drive sales and hire in line with agreed annual budget.
* Leading ideas engaging the team along the way.
* Ensure customer satisfaction levels remain high, and in line with company policy.
* Development of team including recruitment and also the retention of key people.
* Managing commercial and financial risks.
* Product and service development.
* Join the senior leadership team to help steer the company strategy.
* Managing a division.
Person Specification:
* Experience of building regulations.
* Be practical in your approach.
* Knowledge of the construction industry or architecture (Desirable).
* Must be able to read technical building drawings.
* Management experience.
Working Hours & Benefits:
* Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00
* 45 minute lunch break
* 25 days holiday
