Machinery Operator.

The successful candidate will be working with cutting-edge technology, to ensure the efficient production of Goodyear Power Transmission Belts, while maintaining a high level of quality control. Responsibilities
Operate and maintain equipment in production area.
Operate a forklift to move materials, supplies, and finished products within the warehouse
Monitor the production equipment for quality assurance and make necessary adjustments.
Conducting regular routine maintenance on production equipment.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure proper product output.
Maintain a steady flow of production throughout the day to meet deadlines.
Meet production targets through attention to detail and effective teamwork.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong mechanical skills and knowledge of industrial machinery.
Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.
Attentive and able to follow instructions and procedures.
Experience in manufacturing or industrial production settings is preferred.
Basic computer skills for production reporting and maintenance tracking.
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment that requires standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
