Job Title: Injection Moulding Setter
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000

Shift Pattern: 3 shift rotating pattern
We’re supporting our client, a leading technical injection moulding company based in Hereford, who are looking for an Injection Moulding Setter to join their growing team. The successful Injection Moulding Setter will have experience of tool changes and machine setting of injection moulding machines.
Responsibilities for Injection Moulding Setter:
* Operating and maintaining injection moulding machines.
* Ensuring that they are set up correctly and producing high-quality parts.
* Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise during the production process.
About You:
* Previous experience as an Injection Moulding Technician or Setter
* Strong knowledge of injection moulding processes and machinery
* Ability to set up and adjust injection moulding machines.
* Experience with advanced processes such as two-shot moulding, nitrogen gas assisted moulding, and insert moulding.
* Knowledge of high-value engineering polymers
* Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
* Relevant certifications or formal training in Injection Moulding are a plus.
