An established food manufacturer based in Birmingham requires an experienced Health and Safety Training Coordinator.
Duties:
* Carrying out all necessary Health and Safety training for staff, including inductions etc.
* Review and change any Safe Systems of Work (SSOW) as required.
* Working across site on production lines with various equipment and hazardous chemicals.
Requirements:
* Health and Safety and hygiene training related to the food industry.
* 2 years' experience in a food production related environment.
* Working experience of SSOW, training and skills matrix.
* Excellent working knowledge of British Retail Consortium (BRC) and customer manufacturing audit requirements.
* Good IT skills.
Hours:
* 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm Monday to Friday. (Alternating shifts)
