Injection Moulding Production Supervisor - Days and Nights - PLASTIC Manufacturing Company
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Overtime
Benefits: Overtime, Site Bonus
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands
We are looking for a very strong Production supervisor to join an ever-growing FMCG manufacturing company in Birmingham, West Midlands. The successful applicant for this Production Supervisor role will play a key role within the business, and manage a team of up to 20 staff including contractors too. Skills required for Production Supervisor:
Experience working within a factory/manufacturing environment preferably in the Plastic industry
Will need to have previous experience in previous production Supervisor/ shift manager
The Production Supervisor MUST come from an FMCG background
The Production Supervisor MUST have strong Leadership & People skills - running appraisals, producing development plans, being involved in the recruitment process.
Proven ability to plan resources, time, budgets and responsibilities according to results requirement whilst taking the bigger picture into consideration.
