GTS Group are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Test and Commissioning Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the testing, validation, and commissioning of high voltage DC equipment for electric vehicles. This position requires a hands-on approach, strong technical expertise, and a passion for pushing the boundaries of EV technology.
Key Responsibilities of the Test and Commisioning Engineer:
Conduct comprehensive testing and commissioning of high voltage DC EV equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Develop and implement test plans, procedures, and protocols for new and existing products.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the testing and commissioning phases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration and functionality of high voltage systems.
Analyse test data, prepare detailed reports, and provide recommendations for product improvements.
Stay up-to-date with advancements in EV technology and high voltage systems, and apply this knowledge to enhance testing methodologies.
Provide technical support and training to customers and field service teams as required.
