Interior fit-out Project Manager

My client require a project manager for interior fitout, car showrooms, retail and hospitality projects. A mobile phone and stationery costs will be included.
Ideally he/she would be able to:
1. Live locally to the Coventry area.
2. Occasionally work out of normal hours
3. Have experience of trades but not essential
4. Oversee practical completion of works
5. Able to produce quotes for our clients
6. Good communication/management skills
7. Able to source a variety of materials as required
The above just gives an outline of duties required.
Salary would be negotiable as well covering transport costs in one form or another
