Basic Salary up to £24,000 depending on experience
Plus uncapped bonus
This is a fantastic for an experienced full time sales negotiator to join a well-established family run business with an enviable reputation in delivering a first class service alongside traditional values within the property market You will be joining a very busy sales department so the ability to work in a fast paced environment is essential
The Sales Negotiator’s role is both exciting and varied with no two days being the same
The successful candidate will need to be;
* Experienced in delivering a high volume of residential sales
* Prioritising organising and attending residential property viewings
* Professional approach to all clients promoting the benefits of the company
* Excellent communicator and first-class customer service skills
* Able to work effectively using your own initiative and also within a team
* Well organised thorough approach and the ability to work well under pressure
* Determined, enthusiastic and have a real passion for the property market
* Well turned out with smart business dress each day
* Prepared to take ownership, accountable and tackle challenges
* Knowledge of Microsoft packages and strong administration skills
* Full UK driving licence and access to vehicle
