Complex Care and Support Worker
Salary: £13/hour
Location: Bradford, BD15
Work hours: Hours are flexible however package requires 10am - 10pm, 10pm - 10am.
Are you an experienced and compassionate Complex Care Worker with a minimum of 6-months UK based healthcare experience working in the field of Neurological Conditions? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team in North East and Yorkshire!
About the role
We are recruiting on behalf of Yorkshire Community Healthcare who are looking for an experienced Support Worker with a compassionate and caring nature, to provide 2-1 support to a gentleman with Motor Neurone Disease (MND), ideally with experience in working in the field of Neurological Conditions however full training and support will be provided to the right person.
Requirements:
Right to work in the UK
A minimum of 6-months UK based healthcare experience is essential
Compassionate and patient nature with excellent communication skills
Enthusiastic and outgoing personality to connect with the client and create a positive atmosphere
Must be able to carry out the physical aspects of the role including moving and handling
UK valid driving licence, access to reliable car, business insurance and happy to transport the client in your car Note: All successful applicants will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check
