The Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting teachers and students in the classroom. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing one-to-one support for students who require additional assistance
Assisting with classroom activities and lesson preparation
Supporting students with special educational needs or disabilities
Promoting a positive learning environment and fostering student engagement
Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to meet the individual needs of studentsRequirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role
A passion for working with young people and helping them achieve their goals
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work effectively as part of a team
