Recruitment Partner

Elevation recruitment Group are delighted to be supporting one of our Sheffield clients in their search for a Recruitment Partner for their growing business.  Reporting into the HR Manager the role will take responsibility for the full recruitment cycle supporting all hires for the business. 

The business offers hybrid working (3 days onsite) and some excellent benefits. The role will involve some travel, c1 day per week.

As this is a new role to the business it will offer someone the opportunity to own the recruitment and talent activity and support on best practice and process in the following areas:

Ensuring a professional and positive representation of the business
Support on the employer branding proposition
Supporting line managers on their hiring processes
Creating, posting and managing job adverts
Managing job boards and internal role communications
Liaise with Agencies when necessary
Source candidates through online channels
Screening candidates through first stage interviewing and making recommendations to managers
Facilitate the full recruitment process from advert to offer and onboarding
Manage timeframes for the hiring process, advising managers on expectations and highlighting if issues sourcing
Liaise with candidates ensuring timely and appropriate communication on process
Support on Job Fairs and external attraction events
Complete initial compliance checks
To be successful in this role we’re looking for the following attributes:

Successful track record in recruitment
Familiarity with using ATS systems
Experience of utilising job boards
Ability to work with all levels of stakeholder
Ability to work autonomously
Excellent communication skills
Enthusiastic, hard working and resilient!
