Position Overview:
As a Project Manager with expertise in concrete structure residential projects surpassing 5 stories, you will play a key role in overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of our construction projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage projects from conception to delivery while ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and budgetary requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality control.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to foster collaboration and communication.
- Prepare and present project status reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management and stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and challenges to minimize disruptions and delays.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on concrete structure residential projects exceeding 5 stories.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials, particularly related to high-rise residential developments.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Primavera P6, Procore, or similar.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, make decisions under pressure, and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED) and licensure are highly desirable.
