Job Description:As a Tax Manager at Stardom Consulting, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our tax practice, ensuring compliance with relevant tax regulations while maximizing tax efficiency for our clients. You will lead a team of tax professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and training to ensure exceptional service delivery. Your role will involve:
Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their unique tax needs and providing strategic advice to optimize their tax positions.
Tax Planning and Strategy: Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize tax benefits for clients across various industries.
Tax Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate preparation and filing of all tax returns, including corporate, partnership, individual, and other tax filings.
Research and Analysis: Stay abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations, conducting research and analysis to assess their impact on clients and provide proactive recommendations.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of tax professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and providing tailored tax solutions to meet their needs.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate tax risks for clients, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations while minimizing exposure to potential tax issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in tax accounting, with a focus on [specific areas, e.g., corporate tax, individual tax, international tax].
Proven track record of success in leading and managing a team of tax professionals.
Strong technical knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
