Position: Human Resource Assistant
Stardom Employment Consultants LLC is a leading staffing and recruitment agency, dedicated to connecting top talent with the best companies. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resource Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis.
As a Human Resource Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team in various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our HR department. You will work closely with our HR Manager and other team members to provide excellent service to our clients and candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Conduct initial screenings and reference checks for potential candidates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting exit interviews
- Coordinate and schedule training and development programs for employees
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters
- Assist in the performance evaluation process
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, such as company announcements and HR updates
- Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or related administrative role
- Knowledge of HR processes and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
