Impec Group is currently seeking a dedicated and reliable part-time Housekeeper to join our team at our client site in Oakland, CA. Your primary responsibility will be to uphold high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and maintenance to create a comfortable and hygienic environment in college facilities, including dormitories, classrooms, offices, and common areas. Pay Rate $19/hr
Position Part-Time Housekeeper
Schedule 7.5hrs/shift, Saturday and Sunday 8:00AM to 4:00PM
Responsibilities
·       Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors
·       Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors
·       Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in designated areas
·       Clean and polish furniture, desks, shelves, fixtures, and surfaces
·       Monitor and refill cleaning supplies as needed
·       Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
·       Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
·       Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
·       Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations
·       Perform other duties and assist with cleaning projects as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
·       High school diploma or equivalent
·       Proven experience in custodial or janitorial work preferred
·       Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals
·       Ability to follow instructions and work independently
·       Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
·       Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift/move heavy objects if necessary
·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·       Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
