Your Role:
Spearhead our operations and revenue-generating departments, ensuring seamless execution and growth.
Forge and nurture strategic partnerships with building contractors, concrete contractors, and structural engineers to meet and exceed regional project and financial objectives.
Direct a dedicated team of project managers and superintendents, guiding them towards achieving our project goals with precision.
Design and implement training initiatives that enhance the skills of our teams, fostering an environment of continuous learning and development.
Contribute to setting annual objectives and regularly review performance metrics to ensure alignment with company goals.
Craft and execute technical and sales strategies that ensure our success in critical projects, blending innovative design and competitive pricing.
Lead the introduction of groundbreaking commercial materials and methodologies, enhancing our market offerings.
Play a pivotal role in securing projects by supporting teams with compelling proposals and documentation.
Regularly visit project sites within the region to monitor and assure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
A visionary leader with a knack for team building and driving business expansion through strategic development of personnel and processes.
Comprehensive knowledge of concrete construction practices and techniques.
Exceptional ability to establish and maintain relationships, unlocking new opportunities with both existing and potential clients.
A seasoned professional with at least 10 years of experience in Concrete Formwork and/or Rebar industries, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity.
A Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is highly desirable.
