This position has a hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office per week.
The salary range for this role is $65,000-$75,000.
The Indiana University Foundation is seeking a dynamic Event Marketing Manager to elevate our event marketing strategies for the Alumni Association and Foundation. In this role, you will be integral in shaping the marketing landscape for various events, including educational programs, award ceremonies, and large-scale galas.
You will establish the learning objectives, identify the key takeaways, and target audiences and create comprehensive marketing strategies, constituent journeys, and tactical plans for each event. You’ll do this by driving alignment with our internal partners and working cross-functionally across two organizations.
This role will own the client relationship, campaign strategy, testing methodologies, reports, and results. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of email and push marketing, planning, and execution of both ad hoc and triggered campaigns for event-related engagement, retention, and reacquisition initiatives.
You will also know how to craft dynamic webpages, email strategies, and social media blitzes, as well as design speaker kits, and content strategies to increase visibility and registration numbers.
While you won’t do all the work yourself, you’ll set the tone and the pace, and know how to corral, motivate, and activate project team members to fulfill those requests. You’ll also review data intelligence to align, adjust and make informed business decisions midstream to maximize outcomes.
