Job Description:

Proven experience running and programming 5-axis CNC machines.
Experience with Mazak/Mazatrol machines is a strong plus. If you don't have Mazak experience but you ARE a confident 5 axis CNC Programmer then please do still apply as training will be offered on the specific machine.
The opportunity to work on a new state-of-the-art Mazak machine.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
Experience with CAM software for generating CNC programs (e.g. Mastercam, PowerMill, etc.).
Strong understanding of machining processes, cutting tools, and fixturing.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with engineers, machinists, and other staff.Person spec:

Experience with 5 axis machining (ideally Mazak machines).
Knowledge of 5-axis machining techniques (3+2 positioning, simultaneous 5-axis).
Experience with producing parts for the Aerospace/Defence/Motorsport industry.Salary: £48-51k
Hours: Working hours are Mon-Thu 7.00 - 17.30 and Fri 7.00 - 12.00
Fixed 45 hour per week (39 hours basic plus 6 hours overtime)
