Job Description
 
Coordinate and support all personnel activities:  Handle confidential information, timekeeping/payroll, insurance information, personnel files, job applicants (screening, orientation, pre-employment physicals), coordinate employee uniforms, travel arrangements, various meeting minutes.
Responsible for some data manipulation (spreadsheets), formatting of Word documents, and assisting in preparation of presentations.
Perform general office (secretarial and receptionist) functions to support all managers and engineers as necessary.
Responsible for office supply inventory, purchasing of plant supplies, maintenance items and assist with maintenance of office equipment as needed.
Process and distribute daily shipping documents, prepare and distribute daily production labels and documents. Process and distribute daily shipping documents.
Plan and execute special employee or company events: luncheons, meetings, picnics, parties, etc.
Help with sales functions as necessary:  To include sample and literature requests and marketing materials.  Assist CSR’s in filing, sample inventory, simple sales technical questions, invoicing etc.
Other duties as needed.
