Supplier Integration Associate

Job Description
The Supplier Integration Associate is responsible for supporting many AGS departments which include Implementation, Supply Chain, Contracts Team, Program Offices and Risk & Compliance.  They provide Supplier Vetting coordination and validation in conjunction with the Supply Chain Onboarding Associates, as well as being AllegisPay (APay) supplier and program setup foundational owners and auditors. They will also support the Vendor Management System (VMS) Supplier Management functions to include data uploads and monitoring of new suppliers.  Supplier Integration Associates are assigned multiple programs and must be able to support those programs in many different capacities.
Responsibilities:
 Support the Implementation and Steady State vetting of new and existing programs by partnering with Supply Chain to provide verification of program required documentation for compliance and APay compatibility.  
 Partner with Invoice Implementations on all Gate calls to drive proper supplier setup for APay integrations.
 Owner of AGS360 contractual models for APay. Managing and validating proper setup for the APay processing of billing and financials.
 Final validation point of all supplier vetting for APay compliance.
 Stopgap between new suppliers being added in the Vendor Management Systems (VMS) that our clients and suppliers use before full vetting has been completed.  
 Collect and analyse supplier financial statements to determine the financial stability of the organization and make recommendations to program office to address high risk suppliers.
 Initialization of the supplier uploads process in the VMS with our Technology Operations (Tech Ops) and Program Management Office (PMO) partners making sure all vendors are setup in all applicable systems accordingly.  
 Support functions will also include the detailed processing of banking changes the suppliers request as well as the optimization of inactive suppliers.
