Senior Social Media Manager

Job Description

Reporting to our Social Content Director, you'll lead the delivery of social media content on this key account with the help of a team of project managers, content managers, editors, and designers.
We are looking for someone with knowledge across all social media platforms and an understanding of how brands can use social media to engage audiences online. You'll be someone with experience in always-on content, and organic and paid campaigns at a national level.
Your responsibilities will include:
Lead on the development of the social media presence for our client, helping grow reach and engagement for their social channels with excellent creative and strategy.
Create content calendars for both paid and organic assets, and create copy with oversight from the team.
Work with social designers on creating assets, liaising with clients for reviews and approvals.
Oversee creative brainstorming, community management, social copywriting, scriptwriting, short and long-form copywriting, reporting. For this, the senior manager will oversee work created by junior content managers and other members of the team.
Lead social coverage for live events (using smartphone technology), and marketing and junket shoots, briefing and managing high profile entertainment talent
Work with our Senior Creative to make sure content and ideas are following creative strategy and fit for purpose for this client.
Work with the project management team to ensure the success in time and on-budget, delivery of briefs.
Understand internal processes, including timing plans, content calendars, wash-up reports.
Liaise with clients to receive briefs, ensure they are made aware of all relevant information and can input on important decisions.
Develop social media briefs for creator and influencer talent.
Responsible for management and liaison with content creators and influencers, including development of strategies.
