As our Finance Assistant (f/m/d), you'll be a key member of the Eversports Finance team, collaborating with Customer Care and Product teams to elevate our online payment processes, ensuring flawless invoicing. Through managing your own projects and contributing towards achieving department OKRs, we will provide you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact and be part of our mission to " Make Sports Happe n ."

Part time: 25-30 hours per week

YOUR TASKS

• Collaborate with Customer Care and Product Teams to enhance transparent online payment processes

• Handle ticketing for inquiries related to payout delays, rhythm changes, refunds, and disputes using our external payment provider tool, Stripe

• Ensure flawless invoicing by checking technical aspects before sending them out, reducing complaints based on technical bugs

• Help analyze business cases to tailor online payment methods to specific business needs

• Support B2B and B2C customers with solution-oriented answers, ensuring a win-win situation for both parties

YOUR PROFILE

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) and proficiency in English are essential skills

• First-hand experience in a customer-oriented work environment

• Strong Excel/Spreadsheet skills

• Structured, detail-oriented working style with analytical and problem-solving skills

• Education in HAK (business high school) or business related studies

• Fluency in Dutch is a plus
