Background Requirements:

1. Minimum 6-year experience in sales management, preferred working experience in the location tracker or related industry.

2. A bachelor's degree is required and a master’s degree is preferred;

3. Self-motivated and results-driven;

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

5. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

 

 

What we expect you to perform:

l Establish annually and monthly sales target and make budget plans accordingly, break big goal into small executable tasks and assign among sales team, ensure everyone understands self duties and host regular meetings to keep track of the progress.

l Evaluate sales result and customer feedback, give motivation and incentive to sale persons who hit their sales targets; inspire team members who did not finish assigned tasks and find the root cause together.

l Initiate and implement both short-term and long-term plans to boost the growth of market share in GPS tracking devices, payment assurance industries and the profitability of various devices.

l Represent the company to attend trade association meetings, and negotiate the most favourable contracts with supplier and customers.

l Read reports submitted by marketing personnel to obtain the latest information regarding track device industry trends, customers’ demands and behaviour of competitors; correspondingly adjust sales strategies and employ hybrid promotions to keep our company in the industry leading place;collaborate with the marketing team to design and develop new lines of product according to the trend of customer demands. 

l Evaluate and modify sales policies in term of procedures, after sales support, etc and create appropriate merchandising plans to guide production and ensure sales targets are met.

l Maintain a sustainable and longstanding relationship with suppliers and customers, lead sales team to expand key clients through making cold call or visiting in person, personalizing service packages and providing supports regarding GPS installation, device repair, etc.    

l Work closely with HR personnel during the recruiting process of sales personnel, assess candidates and give suggestions to help higher level managers make the final decisions; deliver orientation and training to new employees.
