Our client is a highly reputable business based in the heart of London near Covent Garden.  Due to growth they are looking to recruit an HR Services Manager into their progressive team as the designated lead for the new Human Resources/Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (HR/EDI) function! This pivotal role involves supporting, developing, and implementing strategies to provide professional HR advice. As the expert in all areas of HR, you will offer industry-leading advice on policy application, interpretation, and best practices. This is a unique opportunity, offering a balanced work environment with 50% office-based presence.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Develop the new HR/EDI service, ensuring it is relevant, responsive, and of high quality.
Provide expert advice on employee relations, equality and diversity issues.
Foster HR/EDI awareness and initiatives..
Establish training programs, holding regular forums to enhance employees employment relations and EDI knowledge.
Monitor legislative developments, providing up-to-date guidance and identifying best practices.Requirements:

Experience in coordinating HR Services, with a particular inference in employee relations
Knowledge of EDI, employment legislation, and its application, including the Equality Act.
Commitment to customer care and professional development.
Educated to CIPD level 7 or equivalent experience.
Positive, flexible, and responsive approach with excellent organisational skills.Benefits:
