Meeting Point Hotel Management (Malta) Ltd., operators of Riviera Hotel & Spa located in Mellieha, is looking for a Front Office Team Leader to join our Front Office team.
Duties include, but will not be limited to:
(1) Ensuring that all incoming inquiries and requests are promptly and efficiently handled;
(2) Maximization of room occupancy and revenues;
(3) Overseeing that potential enquiries are converted to definite reservations in a timely and professional manner;
(4) Updating regularly information and records regarding tour operators and other pertinent contacts;
(5) Maintain an organized filing system for all general correspondence with tour operators, local agents, individuals, group and conference organizers;
(6) Portray a high standard of service and customer care and guest relations;
(7) Provide assistance in other job classifications as determined necessary by immediate superior.
The selected candidate must be:
(1) To have a good command of Microsoft office tools;
(2) High Customer Service Orientation;
(3) Have the ability to work under pressure;
(4) Possess multi-tasking, prioritizing and efficient time-management abilities
(5) At least 2 years experience in the hospitaly industry
(6) Knowledge of written and spoken English language
