You'll have the opportunity to shine in the department of fragrances and flavors in the bustling city of Tilburg, where you'll work according to a three or five-shift schedule with flexible hours: 7:00-15:00, 15:00-23:00, and 23:00-7:00. You'll be part of a tight-knit team of 24 dedicated colleagues, collaborating from Sunday night to Friday evening. This role is anything but dull! Among other tasks, you'll be processing liquid fragrances and flavors for clients in the food industry, operating and monitoring equipment, blending raw materials, and upholding strict quality and safety standards. An engaging independent role at a large international production company, plus:

• A competitive salary of €2,628 per month, excluding allowances;

As a new upcoming operator at IFF, you work with precision. Additionally, you prioritize safety and hygiene. You're reliable and thrive in a team environment.

Furthermore, you must also meet the following requirements:

• You speak Dutch or English;
  
• You're available for 3 or 5 shift work, fulltime;
  
• You're capable of lifting heavy loads (20-25kg);
  
• You can work precisely, as you'll need to weigh and dispense powders and liquids accurately;
  
• You can tolerate strong chemical odors and are comfortable working with chemical substances;
  
• You're flexible and can work well under pressure;
  
• You're able to work independently and enjoy problem-solving.
