We are seeking a talented Management Accountant to join our client based in the Netherlands. As a crucial member of the finance department, you will play a key role in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data, including budget variances, cost trends, and revenue projections. Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts. Monitor performance against targets and recommend adjustments as needed.
Management Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal stakeholders, including monthly management accounts, KPI dashboards, and ad-hoc analysis.
Cost Control: Identify opportunities to optimise costs and improve operational efficiency. Implement cost control measures and monitor effectiveness.
Business Partnering: Partner closely with department heads and senior management to provide financial expertise and support strategic initiatives. Serve as a trusted advisor on financial matters.Requirements:

Fluent in both Dutch and English (written and spoken).
Proven experience as a Management Accountant or similar role.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software
