This really is an amazing opportunity for a Manager/Director within the Property Industry to relocate to DUBAI!!

Due to continued success our UAE client is seeking a General Manager to head up and run their Property Management/Leasing business. This is a new role due to growth – experience within the industry is a must.

The opportunity-

A well-established, forward thinking business of approx. 1000 private rental units in Dubai. Reporting to the Group CEO you will be responsible for overseeing the organisation’s daily operations and managing the business aspects of the company, including reviewing and implementing operational procedures, assisting departmental heads and managing company finances.



Prepare annual corporate budgets, meeting ownership requirements and deadlines

Prepare the annual building budgets

Prepare quarterly corporate reports

Review monthly reports

Administer the budget throughout the year

Work with accounting team to control and manage accounts receivables

Review and approve expenses

Portfolio / Business Development:

Developing investment strategies for existing and new landlords

Maximizing existing portfolio to improve yield

Acquiring new properties in approved areas of interest

Getting new clients on board, account management and expansion in the assigned region

Generating new business opportunities for the organization

Generate more income streams based on other business lines within the group

Property / Leasing Management:

Ensure maximum efficiency in the move in / out cycle

Develop Leasing Strategy

Develop policies and procedures in line with RERA regulations

Provide ongoing support to the team

Recruit, onboard, and train employees to achieve their goals

Provide leadership, coaching, mentoring, goal setting and feedback to foster team atmosphere and performance


Develop and implement an annual marketing plan

Manage the marketing budget, ensure all marketing programs are successful, metrics-driven, and goal-oriented


Evaluate the current IT structure within the Company

Participate in the development of software modules that will add value to the Company

About you-

* Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree

* Formal RERA / Real Estate Training

* UAE real estate management experience ideal but not essential

* Experience in leasing, asset management, project management and facility management

* Experience in Business Development

* Large portfolio management experience

* Minimum of 10 years leadership experience

* Good IT skills including MS Word, MS Excel and other PM software

* Knowledge or hands on experience in Property Management software
