Workforce Support Team Leader

I am working with an NHS Trust based in North London, who are looking for a Workforce Support Team Leader to join their team on a 12 month FTC.

Job Title: Workforce Support Team Lead
Location: North London, Hybrid
Contract Length: 12 Months
Start Date: ASAP
Day Rate: Up to £240 per day, inside IR35. (Dependant on experience)

This role requires the selected candidate to have extensive Workforce and/or HR experience, specifically within the NHS, as you'll be responsible for the day to day running of the Workforce Support Team, ensuring that all workloads are managed effectively managed across the team/trust and KPI's are in line with the correct operating procedures.

Requirements:

Experience within a HR/Workforce function in a NHS organisation.
HR service qualification or proven experience.
Evidence of continuing personal and professional development
Experience in investigating overpayments and providing advice on AFC T&Cs.
Experience working and managing within a diverse environment, setting and achieving deadlines.
Experience of developing, leading and line managing a team of staff to a sufficient level.
