Insparise is a well established multi-industry recruitment agency providing services to the UK’s largest companies in the healthcare sector. We’re looking for a superstar Sales Executive who is looking to grow and take it to the next level. We need someone with a proven track record of selling, closing business and generating revenue. There’s a basic salary but the commission is uncapped, hit the target and you get a bonus, after that the more you generate the more you earn.

You need to be comfortable picking up the phone and continuously calling until you close business. You need to have a can-do attitude, be reliable and trustworthy. You need to love sales.

Alongside the selling aspect, there’s recruitment involved (which is basically selling but in different ways). We are known for our exceptional dedication and great customer service, these need to be maintained and nurtured with existing clients and established with new clients. You may need to deal with recruiting, applications, back-end support and general admin tasks from time to time but that’s not going to be your primary work.

Spreadsheet updates and data inputting accuracy, good written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail are vital.

We don’t like hearing lots of “but”, we’re looking for people who are creative and take the extra steps to find solutions rather than find excuses.

You need to be comfortable working out of hours; we have a 24-7 on call service that you will take part it 2 days a week and every 3rd weekend on a normal basis but this may vary. Calls from clients and candidates will be forwarded to you – wherever you want to be - in case someone needs cover or if any requests arise / issues need dealing with. So if you’re watching something on Netflix when you’re on call you will need to pause and put the popcorn down for a bit, then once you’re done you switch it back on.

In return we will:

Give you a very good basic salary alongside a straightforward uncapped commission structure for hitting and exceeding targets.
