Learning Support Assistant

The school is looking to take on a positive Learning support Assistant on a long-term basis. The successful applicant will be working 1 to 1 with students with SEND. They will be required to support these children reach their milestones, taking them to the `breakout` area as they may get overwhelmed at times. Another responsibility will be taking student out of class for interventions.  

The successful LSA will have:  

Experience working with key stages 1 / KS1 and key stage 2 / KS2. 

Experience working in SEND setting.  

Excellent classroom management.
