Location: Harrogate
Salary: £25,000 
Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

The Opportunity
You’ll play an important role for initiating outbound calls to businesses introducing the products and obtaining quotations for retail branches focusing specifically on Insurance.
 
The Role

Liaise with local business close to the branch in regards to identifying their need/use of insurance 
Prospect clients via inbound and outbound calls - the majority of this is following up on leads generated by the branch
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to nurture sales opportunities
Accurately record the customers personal information on the database
Pass any qualified sales leads to an account executive 
Our Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a driven and flexible individual with sales and call centre experience. A strong sense of delivering exceptional customer service to customers is a must.
 
Furthermore, we are looking for the following:

Previous experience in telemarketing or sales preferably in a B2B environment
Excellent communication skills both externally and internally
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
