Senior Technical Architect Job in Peterborough/ Remote

Senior Technical Architect job joining a global A&E company working on defence projects, offering up to £50,000 + bonus and fully remote working. The successful candidate MUST be able to pass security clearance and prior experience working on projects in the UK.

Role & Responsibilities

Develop architectural designs, to ensure an exemplary solution is delivered that meets quality parameters, project timelines, and budgetary requirements
Conduct site surveys and field review information, adhering to applicable code requirements
Prepare design reports, drawings, and models following office standards
Site visits to determine compliance with construction documents; identify any deviations and liaise with the owner and contractor to resolve issues promptly
Works effectively in a team by supporting other team members
Report to directors on the progress and updates of current projects.Required Skills & Experience

Previous experience managing projects and small teams of up to 6
You must be proficient in the technical stages of a project
ARB registered is essential
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential
Previous experience working on MOD projects is highly desirable but they are also considering large-scale commercial, industrial, and multi-family residential
Within commutable distance to Birmingham, Cambridge, and Peterborough
You must be based within the Midlands or East Midlands and can travel to the site a maximum of once a week
You must have security clearance.
Having your own car and driver's license is essential.What you get back
