You will need to support service users whilst maintaining the high standards that are embedded throughout our values and service delivery.

Salary: Starting from £11.44-£16 per hour depending on service
Must drive 
Hours: full time and part time hours available

Responsibilities Residential Support Worker Children Services

Form positive relationships with service users and provide an environment in which they feel safe and free from harm.
Support service users gain self-control by rewarding positive behaviours and challenging unacceptable behaviour.
Ensuring each care plan is followed and amended as required to reflect their changing needs.
Assisting service users with practical matters such as accessing the community, independence skills development, cooking, cleaning, and personal care.
Support to identify and attend social and leisure activities.
Providing a positive role model able to offer advice, guidance, and assistance where appropriate.
Skills Required Residential Support Worker Children Services

A minimum of six months experience working within a similar environment is required for this role.
Experience of supporting children and young person’s
Thorough understanding of autism and learning disabilities and challenging behaviour
Caring personality and nature
Positive attitude and passion to help others.
Basic IT and computer skills
A commutable distance from Lincoln, Lincolnshire.
