MTrec’s New Client Opportunity
Our client is an established and successful business based in County Durham. They are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. If you meet the person specification for the role, please apply below.
The Job you will be Doing
* Adding new customers to internal databases
* Adding new opportunities into internal databases with correct project information, and setting up follow up calls
* Responding to all enquiries within 24 hours
* Putting together proposals for larger company projects
* Putting together technical packs and sending over data sheets and renders to clients
* Proactively calling clients to book project and supplier meetings
* Checking for any new project opportunities
* Using call lists to follow up with key contacts
* Supporting the specification manager when holding company events
* Keeping up to date with industry news and trends
* Regularly following up and checking in with current opportunities
* Using other sales tools to ensure all new projects are followed up and logged on company system
* Attending meetings on behalf of the specification manager where necessary
* Working to key company KPI’s
About You
* Previous sales experience is desirable
* Be comfortable making outbound calls
* Have a passion and drive for the role and company
* Drive for business growth
* Be open minded to change and drive to find solutions
* Have a strong attention to detail
* Have a thorough understanding of regulation
