IT Support Technician
£24,000 - £26,000
Newcastle City Centre/Onsite

Main Duties:

Providing a 2nd Line of support via the ServiceDesk and hands-on support
Assisting in the ongoing project work within the business
Ensuring the IT Security is monitored and supported
Supporting a variety of hardware in the business, from PCs to office equipment

Tech Stack:

Office 365
Active Directory
Windows Server
Hardware knowledge
Networking - DNS, DHCP
Software Deployment
