Job Title: Supply Teaching Assistant

Position Type: Supply - Full/Part-time, Temporary

Job Description: We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Supply Teaching Assistants to support our schools in the Rossendale area. As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with students of various ages and abilities, contributing to their educational and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist teachers with classroom activities and lesson preparations.
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse needs.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Support classroom management and behaviour management strategies.
Help with administrative tasks, as required.Requirements:

Minimum of GCSEs or equivalent qualifications.
Previous experience in an educational setting is desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, adaptability, and a passion for working with children and young people.
