M&E Contracts Manager

My client are an established M&E contractor that work on projects across commercial, education, healthcare and residential projects. Due to an increase in workload they are looking for an M&E Contracts Manager to join their team based in the North West.

Ideal Candidate

* Previously managed Mechanical & Electrical installations on new build and refurbishment projects.

* IT Literate.

* Technical knowledge and experience working on projects in the commercial sector.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills.

* Financially astute.

* Trades Background.

* Previously managed direct labour.

Duties of the role will include:

* Managing projects from inception to completion.

* Managing client relationships ensuring they are satisfied with the service.

* Ensuring the project is delivered within set timescales.

* Managing multiple projects simultaneously.

* Working closely with the commercial team to ensure projects are delivered within budget.

* Liaising directly with the client.

* Managing Site Engineers.

Qualifications Required include CSCS, IOSH Managing Safely/ SMSTS.
