Site Manager

My Top 100 Main Contractor client is looking for an experienced site manager for an Internals role on a High Value, High Rise project. 
The Role
🔹 Oversee all aspects of new build projects and high-rise apartments, from inception to completion.
🔹 Lead and motivate on-site teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
🔹 Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project progression.
🔹 Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
🔹 Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients and senior management, providing regular updates on project progress.
