Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting planning consultancy in Manchester who are looking for an Associate to join the team.

My client work on a wide range of projects across most property sectors from heritage & conservation to mixed use & commercial, residential to retail and leisure to education.
Qualifications:

Be a chartered member of the RTPI
Have at least 5 years' professional experience
Have a genuine passion for planning
Be driven, ambitious, commercial and great at building / maintaining relationships
Demonstrable evidence of strong written and oral communication skills
Demonstrable evidence of strong analytical skills
Evidence of good project management, prioritisation and time-management skillsWhy should you apply?
