Installation Manager

Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced window and door Installation Manager to join a successful window and door business to work across the North West region.

Our client, has been trading for almost 30 years, manufacturing and installing windows, doors and conservatories for the domestic, new build, trade and commercial markets. They have 3 impressive showrooms around the northwest and are known for their excellent product quality and customer service experience.

The right candidate will have current or recent experience as a window and door installation manager, managing multiple teams and is happy to travel to site on a daily basis.

The role:

* Being first point of contact for customers and clients

* Visiting site installations to ensure quality

* Managing multiple installation teams and service engineers

* Taking ownership of any escalated issues

* Make sure all health and safety are being adhered to

* Ensuring the sub

The candidate:

* Have current/recent experience as a window and doors Installation Manager, managing multiple teams

* Be performance driven, innovative and organised

* Have good knowledge of building regulations

* Have strong communication and customer service skills

* Confident in making decisions based on a sound knowledge of health and safety procedures

* Have a UK driving license
