Information on the role
* Support Project Managers with quotations
* Research costs of items e.g., transport, materials, labour, & equipment
* Establish & maintain relationships
* Acquire quotes from suppliers & contractors
* Provide provisional costings for leads & enquiries
* Conduct analysis on each project, comparing quotes & finished costs
* Create pricing documents
* Resource & procure materials
* Develop relationships with suppliers & manufacturers
What we’d like from you
* Estimating Experience in the Landscaping, Residential, or High-End Industries
* Customer handling & negotiation skills
* Exceptional written and spoken English skills
* Self-motivated personality
* Attention to detail with a right first-time attitude
* Organisation and time management skills
