Always Flourishing are working in partnership with a warm and welcoming Primary School in Slough are looking for an enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join them in their lovely school. The successful candidate will be passionate about education and have a drive to be a fantastic and committed KS2 Teacher. Aside from that, the successful Year 3 Teacher will work collaboratively with the school team to ensure all students receive a positive and engaging learning experience.

Salary

Responsibilities:

* Prepare and plan work in accordance with schemes of work and national curriculum requirements, including subject expertise.

* Take account of children’s prior levels of attainment and progress and use them to set future target.

* Maintain good order and discipline, by modelling behaviour and following the school’s behaviour policies and procedures, that encourages a sense of responsibility and consideration for other.

* Ensure punctuality and establish a purposeful working atmosphere during all learning activities.

* Maintain excellent classroom management with due regard to health and safety policies.

* Set appropriate and challenging work for all children.

* Identify and work appropriately with SEND children, more able, Pupil Premium and any other vulnerable groups of children.

* Learning environment is stimulating and supportive of teaching and learning.

Skills and Qualifications:

* PGCE, QTS, or equivalent teaching qualification.

* Understanding of the Safeguarding principles and Child Protection procedures.

* Experience of managing a range of approaches to behaviour, including managing behaviours that challenge.
