About our client

1st Select are working in partnership with a multidisciplinary consultancy in the London area who are looking to add a fire risk assessor to their team.

Job Description

You will need to:

* Carry out type 1 and type 3 fire risk assessments on a range of commercial and residential properties across a range of sectors

* Provide fire safety advice and adhere with legislation

* Assess and mitigate fire risks

You will need:

* A level 3 fire safety qualification

* Minimum 2 years’ experience carrying out fire risk assessments

* NEBOSH Certificate

Preferred:

* A membership with the IFSM or IFE

* IOSH membership
