Externals Project Manager

One of London's leading Main Contractor with a turnover of over £100 million is seeking a sharp, driven Externals Project Manager to join their team on full time basis. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2-5 years as a Project Manager working on site for a Main Contractor or Residential Contractor where some of the responsibilities include

* Programming

* Planning

* Facade Remediation

* Replace External Cladding

* Reinstall the facade

* Client liaison

* Managing all the Sub-Contractors on site

* Overall delivery of the project
