Demi Chef de partie required for a Rosette standard Restaurant & Hotel in the Cotswolds, with live in available if required. This kitchen uses fresh food, rosette standards, Demi Chef de Partie - up to £36,000 per year (£32,500 basic plus gratuities/service)

The role
we are looking for a demi chef de partie from a fresh food background to run one of the sections in the kitchen. You will ensure your section is ready for service, prep your fridge and cook in service to a good rosette level. This role will include all the normal demi chef de partie duties.

Experience
We are looking for a demi chef de partie with good knife skills, use fresh food, from a rosette background.

* demi Chef de partie £32500 + £3500 service/tips / 36k package

* Live in @ £(Apply online only) per month inc bills
