At Vitacress we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and employee development. We currently have an exciting opening for a Head of Reward and Benefits reporting into our Group HR Director and covering our Vitacress Group.  

As the Group Head of Reward and Benefits, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our total reward proposition to attract, motivate, and retain top talent across the Vitacress group. You will lead the development and execution of a competitive, affordable, and sustainable reward strategy, driving positive outcomes in talent attraction, motivation, and retention. 

Some of Your Key Responsibilities in this role would be: 

Utilize data analytics tools to gather, analyze, and interpret reward and benefits data. 

Lead on annual pay gap reporting and make recommendations to address gaps. 

Ensure effective communication and engagement of reward, benefits, and recognition programs. 

Conduct job evaluations and grading exercises to ensure fairness and alignment with organizational structures. 

Lead the administration of annual salary and incentive review processes. 

Develop and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and pensions. 

Facilitate employee recognition programs to foster a culture of appreciation and motivation. 

Integrate reward and benefits with the performance management system. 

Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure market-competitive reward strategies.

We’re looking for someone to take what we have and make it even better, you may not have all the answers, but you’ll know what good looks like, and you’ll know how to get us there. You’ll be a real people person, with excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. 

It would also be beneficial if you had the following skillset: 

Experience in reward and benefits management 

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analytics tools such as Excel and Power BI. 

Experience in job evaluation methodologies and pay and reward frameworks. 

Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing compensation and benefits. 

A genuine curiosity, and passion for reward and benefits with a desire to innovate in this space. 

This role is being offered on a full time, permanent basis, working Monday – Friday on a Hybrid basis, with a starting salary of up to £50,000. We have opportunities for career growth and development within a dynamic organisation.
