Our client is a growing and well-respected manufacturing organisation who primarily operate within the aerospace and Rain sector. They are looking to expand their team and are keen to recruit someone who has a strong eye for detail, a passion to work within engineering and an open mind to learning new skills. The ideal candidate will have previous experience carrying out a similar Stores Operative role and would have worked within a manufacturing environment previously.

Stores Operative
Job Description

Receipt of goods in, including the unloading of pallets, trailers and platforms.
Assisting the Quality Control Inspector in the inspection of goods delivered for accuracy and quality.
Booking of stock onto computer inventory system (Currently Winman)
Preparing stock for despatch.
Arranging couriers and shipments including negotiating contracts and tariffs and completing relevant documentation

MRP/ERP experience
