Your role will involve preparing and securing heavy equipment for international shipments, requiring physical strength and adaptability. We provide comprehensive training and high-visibility gear to ensure your success in this dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the team to efficiently lash and unlash vehicles and heavy equipment during vessel loading and unloading.
About You:
* Effective communication skills.
* Team player mentality.
* Physical fitness, as this is a manual handling role.
* Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
* Confidence and self-motivation.
* Eligibility to work in the UK.
