Production Team Leader/Supervisor

We are currently assisting an established food production company based in Southampton with the recruitment of x2 additional Production Supervisors/Team Leaders to help with growing and overseeing the production and staff on a daily basis.

The role will involve assisting with organizing the daily work tasks, managing the small staff team, planning the staff work areas and ensuring that the team training is upheld and procedures are followed. The company produces, makes and processes chilled food products and packages them ready for delivery to both commercial clients and the general public. Working in a chilled environment, following food safety and hygiene policies and ensuring that targets are met.

Previous experience within a similar/food based environment is essential along with the experience of having managed a small staff team and candidates must be physically fit and able as this role will standing.

Working 12 weeks temporary to permanent after a site orientation, the role/s will be Monday-Friday, will become permanent and we currently have opportunities on the following shifts:

Day/Early shift 03:00-12:00pm & Night/Late shift 18:00-03:00am and the pay rate is negotiable depending on experience!!
